ABOUT ME
I am a therapist and clinical social worker providing remote and in-person psychotherapy services to clients based in California and New York. I sometimes offer coaching options for clients based in other states.
I believe that speaking honestly to a compassionate human listener can be healing. I’ve trained in relational, psychodynamic, somatic (or body-based) therapies, group therapy, and the treatment of trauma. I also draw on longstanding personal practice and study of Zen Buddhism.
I am a part of Tapestry Psychotherapy, a collective of like-minded clinicians who share anti-racist values, a trauma-informed clinical approach, and therapeutic techniques that address both the mind and body.
I am on the supervising faculty at The Psychotherapy Institute, where I currently lead a training group for staff therapists.
